POSTAGE
Baby Arlo Studio applies a rate of £3.50 for postage and packaging to the UK. Any UK order were the total is £60 and over will automatically qualify for free delivery. Overseas postage applies a rate of £7.50 for one item and an additional £2.50 per extra item for postage. Order above £100 qualify for FREE International delivery.
All orders (unless otherwise stated) are handmade to order. Please allow up to 28 working days from the date of order to the despatch date.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Second Class. Royal Mail will aim to deliver all items in 2 – 3 working days ( this includes Saturdays).
ORDER TRACKING
If you have not received your order within 2 weeks of the despatch notice, please contact us at [email protected] . We will then raise a ‘lost item’ claim with Royal Mail. If the item is deemed lost after the Royal Mail claim, a replacement will be made and sent to you. Refunds will not be issued for lost items unless a replacement is not available.
